Café & Kuchen
Bei uns schmeckt der Kuchen wie bei Oma, weil er auch von der Oma - nein sogar schon von der Uroma gebacken wird! Alte Familienrezepte à la "Eine Hand voll dies, eine Prise Jenes und dann verrühren bis es schmeckt!!" Danke Oma, so genau wollten wir es garnicht wissen. :-)
Hessen à la Carte
As a certified "Hessen à la Carte" restaurant, we attach great importance to the highest quality and consistently follow the principle of "home-made". You will find traditional Hessian dishes on our menu as well as seasonal creations. In the spirit of sustainability and good taste, we rely on game from local forests, beef from the region and fish from Dworak's fish farm. Our long-standing chef Frank Kunert and his team are responsible for the good taste.
