Axel & Astrid have been running the Kronenhof for almost 30 years now. Astrid is the "good soul of the house" and always has an open ear for your wishes. Axel is your contact person for all organisational questions.

Meet Ann-Sophie

Ann-Sophie grew up at the Kronenhof as a child, learned in the hotel industry and completed a master's degree in business administration. After working in a leading position in human resources development for several years, she has now dedicated herself completely to the Kronenhof with heart and soul since 2019. Her little daughter Charlotte also runs through the restaurant and kitchen and delights the guests with her cheerful nature..

Our senior Chefs

Herbert & Bärbel founded the Kronenhof in 1981. Although both have passed the management on to the next generation for some time now, Bärbel still bakes the best cakes and Herbert is simply indispensable as a guest service representative and fairytale train driver.

The Restaurant-Team

Attentive and always with a smile, Ulrike, Bärbel, Susanne, Lotta, Anna, Amelie, Finja and our trainees Jana and Julian ensure that you want for nothing during your visit to the restaurant.

The kitchen team

The kitchen team around our chef Frank Kunert with apprentice Liaquat conjure up our culinary delights on your plate in our Kronenhof kitchen. They are supported by the good fairies Svetlana, Thang Thuy and Vicky.
